How To Prevent Bronchitis

Chronic bronchitis as its title suggests is a permanant condition therefore it is best to stop the Advancement of the lung problem in its early stages. An attack of bronchitis starts as acute bronchitis, it is a woidespread inflammation of airways and usually shows with undermentioned symptoms:

- Be extra careful during seasonal changes as number of bronchitis attacks increase in this period.

- Be sure to take up a fixed routine of physical activity.

- Protect mouth and nose while going out in cold climates so that the Individual does not breath in cold air as cold air is known to make the condition worse.

- Be cautious when taking drugs of minor niggles always take advice from your physician.

- Include high doses of salubrious vitamins like vitamin A and C.
In case of an episode of bronchitis here are the things that you can follow to ease the uneasiness

- Start using a humidifier to humidify the mucous so that it can be easily expectorated out.

- Avoid indiscriminate usage of drugs that suppress cough as our aim should be to cough out as much mucous as possible.

-Use steroidal inhalers breathers if necessary.

- Another preventive measure to follow is limit the
intake of food items that enhance the production of mucous like sugary food items, dairy and fat laden products.

- Also be regular with annual vaccinations against flu.

- Keep good personal cleanliness and always wash hands before any meal.
